The High Plainsman loves this sauce. He had never heard of it before the first time I made it for him, being from Nebraska, but now it’s one of his favorite things that I make.

- 2 cups mayo
- 6 tbs vinegar
- 6 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs cracked black pepper
- 1 tbs salt
- 4 tbs sugar
Some people add horseradish for a kick
Mix until smooth
