I shared last week that we got 50lbs each of Tomatoes and peaches.
I spent the weekend canning and got 18 jars of peaches and 16 tomatoes. They are delicious!
This week I’ll be working on Pressure canning to 100lbs of freshly harvested potatoes that we picked up this weekend…still covered in dirt. There’s a lady in town that gets a couple hundred 50lb bags from Idaho every year. We have half russet and half red. As excited as I am about them I can’t wait until the haul is from my own garden next year!
